MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo has bemoaned the high intake of illicit alcohol in the country. And Coalition Against Illicit Alcohol in Zambia chairperson Dr Christopher Kalila says illicit alcohol is driving deviant behaviours amongst youths, leading to the phenomenon of junkies.
