INSPECTOR General of Police Graphael Musamba says it is not automatic that when someone is arrested, they should get a police bond. Musamba was commenting on journalist Kasebamashila Kaseba, who has been detained at Kabwata Police since Friday. UPND member Mark Simuwe reported Kaseba to the police for criminal libel. “The bond is not automatic. You have to raise sureties. The surety issue must be sorted out, it is not just automatic.
