HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo yesterday raised a point of order, questioning whether Pambashe PF member of parliament Ronald Chitotela was in order for failing to maintain a healthy lifestyle, seeing that his “tummy was almost hitting the floor”. Masebo’s remarks came as Chitotela stood up to inquire about the commencement date for the construction of the Kasomeno – Mwenda road, which connects Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
