ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) chief electoral officer Brown Kasaro says the commission will soon reopen the tender for printing ballot papers which had previously been canceled. And Kasaro says it is unfortunate that some people continue to allege that those in leadership positions within the commission are cadres. Kasaro recently disclosed that the commission had cancelled the tender for the printing and delivery of ballot papers, ballot paper posters, blind voter templates and announcement forms due to significant changes in the bidding conditions and conditions of contract contained in the issued solicitation document.
