POLICE have recorded a case in which a former bank employee, Mike Ilishebo, allegedly strangled and stabbed his wife to death before taking his own life. In a statement, Thursday, Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga disclosed that Ilishebo allegedly strangled his wife, Valarie Franco, aged 35, using an electric power adapter cable, and subsequently stabbed her in the stomach with a knife.
