PATRIOTIC Front faction leader Miles Sampa says his party will not participate in the forthcoming nine ward by elections slated for May 2, 2024 because he wants to resolve some internal party wrangles. And Sampa says by-elections are not a barometer which one can use to determine whether they will win general elections.
