CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa State Counsel says law enforcement agencies need to be transparent about how the aircraft involved in the KKIA gold scandal was released. Meanwhile, Sangwa says he can entertain the idea of becoming Head of State if there’s a general consensus that he can make a difference for the good of the country.
