STATE House has dismissed claims by the Patriotic Front that the Barotse Royal Establishment (BRE) has rejected President Hakainde Hichilema by not inviting him as guest of honour to this year’s Kuomboka ceremony. State House says BRE’s move to invite Paramount Chief Chitimukulu of the Bemba speaking people as guest of honour, is just a gesture of reciprocity.
