FORMER PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri says Miles Sampa should pay Kalandanya Music Promotions (KMP) the sum of K13.5 million, as ordered by the court, since he is recognised by the state as PF president. The Lusaka High Court recently ordered the PF to pay K13.5 million to KMP proprietor Bwalya Kalandanya for the music services offered to the party during the August 2021 general elections.
