LUSAKA lawyer Makebi Zulu says there is nothing illegal about former president Edgar Lungu’s remark that 2026 might be too far before there can be a change of government. Zulu says the UPND government should prepare to leave power possibly before 2026 if it fails to fulfill its promises to citizens.
