ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says most government contracts are being completed within the stipulated time because ministries are now engaging contract managers. In an interview, Kabesha said his office was not receiving too many reports on some contracts taking more time than expected. “We have seen that every contract which is being done, there’s a contract manager who comes from the government.
