TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) Executive Director Maurice Nyambe says the UPND government has turned its back on the commitment to institute and complete the process of constitutional reforms. On Monday, Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa told News Diggers that government had no immediate intentions to amend the Constitution.
