LANDS and Natural Resources Minister Sylvia Masebo and her Green Economy and Environment counterpart Mike Mposha on Monday led a delegation to Forest 27 where they pounced on some suspected illegal contractors who were building a house. And Masebo has hinted that Lusaka City Council will also be suspended if they are involved in the issuance of “illegal” land in Forest 27. Upon arrival, the ministers found some builders on a site in a restricted area within Forest 27 and they confiscated some tools, bricks and other materials which the builders were using.
