SECRETARY to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa has disclosed that he has received threats from people that he will be fired for not following a ‘presidential directive’. And Nkulukusa says there was a tendency in the past where someone would just walk into an office to issue verbal instructions, claiming it came from the President.
