THE National Assembly has announced that President Hakainde Hichilema is scheduled to open the Fifth Session of the Thirteenth National Assembly on Friday, September 12, 2025. According to a statement issued, Wednesday, by Senior Media Liaison Officer Nshamba Muzungu, the President’s address would be followed by the presentation of the National Budget on September 26, 2025.
