UPND Lusaka Province Chairperson Obvious Mwaliteta says if citizens re-elect President Hakainde Hichilema next year, the country will be what he describes as ‘heaven on earth’. And Mwaliteta says it is difficult to collect evidence of corruption against public officials still serving in their respective offices until they leave.
