INFRASTRUCTURE and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says President Hakainde Hichilema is 100 percent committed to fulfilling the promises made to the Zambian people. Milupi further says Western Province has historically faced challenges due to a poor road network, which has hindered mining exploration and agriculture. He has warned that he will not tolerate anything short of quality on the Katunda-Lukulu-Watopa-Mumbezhi road.
