CHINSALI PF MP Kakalwe Mukosa says some UPND cadres have halted construction works at the Chinsali main market, accusing the contractor of not being a government supporter. Mukosa claimed that the contractor, who also owns a radio station, was opposed by the cadres mainly because the station airs dissenting voices against government.
