FORMER Religious Affairs minister Reverend Godfridah Sumaili has argued that President Hakainde Hichilema cannot be likened to having the “spirit of Ezekiel” because he does not have spiritual anointing on his life. Responding to Copperbelt Minister Elisha Matambo’s statement that President Hichilema had the “spirit of Ezekiel to bring back dry bones to life,” in reference to completing projects that had stalled for a long time, Rev Sumaili said the UPND government had not started any new projects.
