CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa says citizens should fund his campaign if they want him to stand for the presidency. Speaking when he featured on Hot FM’s Hot Seat programme, Sangwa said campaigns should not be funded by external forces. “The last point that I make is that we should be able to fund our own democracy.
