SOME PF members yesterday defied faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda and went ahead to hold the Tonse Council of Leaders meeting. Last week, Tonse spokesperson Sean Tembo announced an extended list of council leaders and disclosed that the members were expected to hold a meeting. However, PF acting president Given Lubinda later denounced the list and said only Nakacinda could attend a Tonse meeting.
