PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his government’s methodical approach to governance, although once mocked by his political opponents, has proven effective in systematically addressing national challenges such as debt and hunger. Meanwhile, Health Minister Dr Elijah Muchima says even if one hates President Hichilema, it is evident that the country has changed, adding that churches should help pray for those who oppose this progress.
