FORMER Home Affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says Inspector General of Police Graphel Musamba should not be biased when issuing statements. On Tuesday, Musamba stated that the police were monitoring the PF Facebook page and all individuals involved in creating, sharing and amplifying messages intended to provoke unrest.
