FORMER vice-president Enock Kavindele says the opposition should consider starting to prepare for 2031 because President Hakainde Hichilema has performed exceptionally well. In an interview, Thursday, Kavindele said President Hichilema was in a class of his own, adding that people would not want to discard someone who had performed so well. “HH is in a class of his own, he has performed exceptionally well in the job.
