THE latest Auditor General’s Report has revealed that the Ministry of Transport and Logistics made a 50 percent advance payment of K2,437,280 to Kalideck Pty Limited of South Africa for the supply of one Computer-to-Plate Machine, before the contract signing date of February 21, 2025. The report has further revealed that there was no evidence to confirm that the Ministry obtained relevant authority before entering into an international procurement agreement.
