LUSAKA lawyer Makebi Zulu has alleged that government recently hired private investigators in an attempt to access late former president Edgar Lungu’s body at the morgue in South Africa, demanding to conduct a postmortem. And Zulu says malicious attacks on Lusaka Archbishop Alick Banda, who is one of the mediators, has stalled negotiations between government and the Lungu family.
