POLICE on the Copperbelt have arrested three Chinese nationals and a Zambian security guard in connection with the theft of 470 plates of copper cathodes traced to Blackswan Limited Mining Company in Kalulushi. According to sources, the suspects hijacked a truck ferrying copper and diverted it to a private property, prompting the owners to place a $20,000 reward for the full recovery of the load.
