MOVEMENT for National Renewal (MNR) leader John Sangwa has called on the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to extend the voter registration period to ensure eligible citizens have an opportunity to register as voters. And Sangwa says ECZ must lift restrictions on monitors to allow comprehensive observation of the exercise by political parties and civil-society organisations.
