ECZ Acting Director of Electoral Operations Winner Mwanamoonga says the Electoral Commission of Zambia is one of the most transparent election management bodies in Africa. Meanwhile, Mwanamoonga has appealed to political parties to go flat out and encourage citizens to register as voters, saying they need the voters more than the commission does.
