THE Archdiocese of Lusaka (ADL) says setting November 13, 2025, as the final deadline for submissions to the Technical Committee is grossly inadequate for gathering broad and meaningful input needed to develop a truly people-driven Constitution. The Archdiocese insists that there is no urgent need to amend the current Constitution, stating that the process as currently constituted is unlawful and a veiled attempt to entrench a de facto one-party state.
