PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday abandoned his address at the recently gutted Chiwempala Market in Chingola after a group of individuals disrupted the event. The President had only spoken for a few minutes when some members of the crowd began chanting and throwing stones towards the podium. Meanwhile, Police say they have apprehended two suspects in connection to riot and arson, after an irate mob set ablaze a police vehicle, the Presidential holding tent, and other properties.
