THE Ministry of Education has dismissed claims by Makebi Zulu that the education sector is collapsing, stating that it is actually growing stronger under the UPND government. Ministry Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Dr Kelvin Mambwe says the UPND government has increased student support in universities and has resumed stalled infrastructure projects.
