PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the newly commissioned Green Leaf Tobacco processing plant in Kabwe District is a demonstration of investor confidence in the country’s economy. And Green Leaf Tobacco Managing Director Prateek Sharan says the Plant is a $30 million investment which will boost the country’s current tobacco capacity of 25,000 to 40,000 metric tonnes.
