ROAD Development Agency (RDA) Board Chairperson Eugene Haazele says the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway is now close to 60 per cent completion. Haazele has also announced that the RDA is planning to open the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway stretch up to 10 Miles in the next seven days, in order to ease the heavy congestion.
