THE Oasis Forum says it has decided to pull out of the dialogue on constitutional amendment with government because the latter insists on proceeding with the “illegal” Bill 7. The Forum says it will continue to use all available legal means and possibly engage the international community to ensure that government withdraws Bill 7. On Sunday, government disclosed that it had suspended talks with the Oasis Forum on the constitutional reform process after it became clear that the Forum was not prepared to engage constructively.
