CLOSE to 300 Evelyn Hone College students will not write their examinations in December after management failed to submit their credentials to TEVETA. And Ministry of Technology and Science Permanent Secretary Dr Brilliant Habeenzu has attributed the development to negligence by management, further disclosing that the students would be able to write their exams in March.
