THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has disclosed that it captured 1,615,922 new voters during the mass registration exercise, giving a provisional overall total of 8,861,918 registered voters. And according to the mass voter registration exercise statistics released by ECZ, Southern Province has recorded the highest registrations at 243,247 representing 63 percent.
