THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) says all volunteer doctors across the country will down tools effective Friday, December 19, 2025. In a statement, Monday, RDAZ president Dr Paul Chibwe said the decision resulted from government’s failure to employ volunteer doctors and other health workers, despite promising that the process would be completed within 2025.
