FORMER Justice minister Wynter Kabimba says he is surprised that some PF members are still walking freely, despite their involvement in past corruption. Kabimba claims that the PF wants President Hakainde Hichilema to be voted out so that they can return to power and continue doing the wrong things they were doing.
