THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) has postponed its planned downing of tools after reaching an agreement with the Ministry of Health. Association president Dr Paul Chibwe says the decision comes after RDAZ was assured that, going forward, it will be part and parcel of the recruitment process to ensure transparency in the employment of health workers.
