VICE-President Mutale Nalumango has advised mothers to have children when they are ready and responsible. Meanwhile, Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Technical Services, Dr Kennedy Lishimpi disclosed that UTH Women and newborn Hospital had recorded nine Christmas babies at the time when the Vice-President visited.
