COPPERBELT Province Minister Elisha Matambo says many people are joining the UPND because they have realised that other parties cannot offer meaningful solutions to their problems. Matambo adds that with Bill 7 enacted, the party will ensure that it has more Parliamentary representation than it had in 2021.
