KASANTA Ward Councillor in Kapiri Mposhi Constituency, Lawrence Zimba, says CDF is a game changer for the district but cites the lengthy procurement process as a setback. In an interview, Zimba explained that reducing the procurement timeframe would help many projects move forward in the constituency. “I just want to highlight a few challenges that we’re facing, particularly in my ward, that’s Kasanta Ward, because the CDF projects from 2021 have done marvellous work that we need to commend.
