FOR the traders at Kasanda Market in Justine Kabwe Ward, Kabwe Central Constituency, the rainy season used to be a nightmare. The trading area would often turn into a muddy swamp, forcing marketeers to abandon their stalls and lose the money they needed to survive. However, a K1,457,923.43 allocation under the 2024 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has begun to rewrite that story.
