LIVINGSTONE UPND MP Rodney Sikumba has disclosed that the district will tap into the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to rehabilitate the Libuyu and Ngwenya bridges, which were recently damaged by floods. Meanwhile, Sikumba, who is also the Minister of Tourism, says there had been wasteful expenditure on the Ngwenya Bridge, which was rehabilitated in 2022 using CDF funds after flash floods washed away its barriers.
