THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested a Tanzanian national and two Zambians in connection with various drug-related offences across Central and Southern Provinces. In a statement, DEC Public Relations Officer Allan Tamba said Kalombowe Mulambya of Chisamba was arrested for trafficking in 19 prepacks, 168 balls of cannabis and seeds. “The Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested a Tanzanian national and two Zambians in connection with various drug related offences.
