MOVEMENT for National Renewal leader John Sangwa says the UK Telegraph newspaper, which praised President Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership, did not vote in the last election. And Sangwa says while all efforts to stop Bill 7 proved futile, Zambians should use their vote this year to stop it.
