CHINGOLA Mayor Johnson Kang’ombe has praised the CDF loan repayment rates in the area. In an interview, Kang’ombe urged beneficiaries to ensure they pay back on time to allow others to access the revolving fund. “In Chingola, people have been paying the loans, we have even given others.
