FOR over 30 years, the residents of Kapiri Mposhi relied on a mortuary facility which had equipment installed in 1992. With only three shelves to serve the residents, the Kapiri Mposhi District Urban Clinic mortuary was usually overwhelmed, creating what the area MP describes as a sorry sight for grieving families. However, the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has officially changed that story with the newly commissioned modern mortuary, now expanded to accommodate over 28 bodies.
