THE Lusaka Provincial Administration has disclosed that the utilisation of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in the province reached a remarkable 92 percent in 2025. According to a statement issued by the Principal Public Relations Officer, Logic Lukwanda, over K341 million was spent on critical projects out of the K368 million released by December 29, 2025.
